The RICS Level 3 Report (previously referred to as a Building Survey) is aimed at people purchasing an older, large or substantially altered property.
It will give advice on the repairs required, possible risks and ongoing maintenance requirements to your potential new home.
This is a report designed around the end user and their concerns. We speak to you before and after the inspection. This will give you the time needed to understand the property and report. When purchasing your new home, it is important to know the keys issues before you legally commit to the purchase.
