We offer two types of RICS Home Survey Level 2 Report. The first option is the RICS Home Survey Level 2 Report without a valuation. This provides you the survey report only. This will inform you about the condition of the property but without a valuation. The second option is to provide a RICS Home Survey Level 2 Report with a valuation. This provides the RICS Home Survey Level 2 Report with the addition of a RICS valuation. The valuation will confirm the price you have agreed for your purchase is correct or offer guidance on the price you should offer for a property you wish to purchase.
The survey will provide details on all aspects of the property for example, structural defects, highlight significant defects, comment on general wear and tear along with checking for damp within the property. The report will then guide you on what needs to be done next. Throughout this proceed you will have contact with your surveyor by phone and email as required.
